For subscription plans, you can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing cycle, but no further charges will be made.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. For upgrades, you'll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll send you a notification when you approach your limits. You can purchase add-ons or upgrade to continue without interruptions.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are exclusive of VAT. For Italian companies, 22% VAT applies. For EU clients with valid VAT number, reverse charge applies.

Is there a trial period?

Nope, our Free plan is forever free and includes all basic features. You can upgrade anytime without losing your data.

What does on-premise deployment include?

On-premise deployment includes complete software installation on your servers, configuration, team training, and ongoing support. Available only for Enterprise plans and above.
